Top Prospects Satisfaction Guarantee

Seniors enrolled onto the Top Prospects program after December 31 st of their senior year will not receive a guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Top Prospects efforts to provide opportunity and guidance for your student athlete, you can request a refund up until 60 days from the date of this agreement. Thereafter, the membership is non refundable. The refund would consist of all monies paid for the program less finance charges and $350 for editing and support set up. To request a refund, you must mail a copy of this agreement and a note as to why you wish to cancel your agreement, to our office, certified mail ( address below ; attn : Customer Service) along with any materials given to you by Top Prospects . You can keep your profile and all college contacts & offers you have received. * special circumstances ; in the event of a "career ending" injury, the Top Prospects will approve a request for a refund as long as accompanied by a letter from the family physician or specialist and the above procedures are followed.

Customers right to Cancel

May cancel this agreement by mailing written notice to Top Prospects (accompanied by any materials given to you by the Top Prospects) Before midnight of the third business day after signing this agreement. If you wish, you may use this agreement as that notice by writing " I hereby Cancel" and adding your name and address. A duplicate of this agreement is provided by Top Prospects for your records. Should the client fail to cancel this agreement within the provided time, the client may still stop Top Prospects service at any time; however, all fees previously paid shall be deemed earned and non - refundable and any fees to be paid in the future on any payment plan shall be deemed earned and therefore continue to be due and owing under the payment plan.

Any dispute will be governed by the Laws of the State of California.
